Villa renovations often start underneath the house.

For this project, the existing villa was lifted to allow for a new extension and reworked living spaces.

To support the updated layout, a new structural steel system was installed beneath the house, carrying the loads and creating the framework the rest of the build could work from.

This Ponsonby villa renovation required a mix of structural and architectural steel.

Our scope included the balustrading, handrails and pergola structure, with additional gate work still to come as the project progresses.

Big steel. One smooth install.

This project in Omaha required large portal frames to support the roof structure.

To make transport and installation easier, the frames were detailed with splice connections so they could be delivered in manageable sections rather than as oversized loads.

It also meant the frames could be assembled on site without welding.

With the planning done up front, the structure went up smoothly and the entire portal frame system was installed in a single day.

Designed, fabricated and installed in five days.

This project required a structural solution inside a tight internal space, which meant the install approach was just as important as the steel itself.

Working alongside the project team, we refined the design to simplify the installation while still achieving the required structural performance.

The steel was fabricated in our workshop and installed on site using a spider crane, allowing us to manoeuvre the beams safely within the confined space.

From finalised design through to installation, the entire process was completed in five days.
