𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 - 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹. Chintan started in the Trical team on the afternoon shift, quickly picking up multiple processes across the laser, turret press and brakes, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

Since moving to the morning shift, he's supported the EZYPlus area and is now making a real impact in the Meter Box department - picking up new skills along the way and helping reduce backorders.

His adaptability, willingness to learn, and positive contribution across different departments have made him a standout team member.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 - 𝟯𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘆. 🎉

David joined us in June 1996, hired by Tony Boerdyk for spot welding at Teubel. Tony offered him the job on the spot and paid him for the full day of his interview. That kind of welcome clearly stuck!

In the three decades since, David has been here for all of it - the days when Teubel and Gael were separate companies, the formation of Trical, and the move to our Wiri site.

His career here spans an extraordinary range of roles - from laser and turret operator to press brake, spot welding, door sealing, extrusion cutting, assembly, quality control, and more. The full list is on his plaque, and it's impressive.

The Legrand and TRICAL teams covered Hamilton, Auckland South and Whangarei last week - and it was great to connect face-to-face with so many electricians and contractors at CONZTRUCT.
