Behind the scenes at Trical, our team 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 built to handle serious demand.

From custom copper busbar fabrication through to final wiring and testing, every switchboard we build happens onsite, in our purpose-built manufacturing facility here in New Zealand.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 - 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹. Chintan started in the Trical team on the afternoon shift, quickly picking up multiple processes across the laser, turret press and brakes, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

Since moving to the morning shift, he's supported the EZYPlus area and is now making a real impact in the Meter Box department - picking up new skills along the way and helping reduce backorders.

His adaptability, willingness to learn, and positive contribution across different departments have made him a standout team member.

Congratulations, Chintan, and thank you for everything you bring to the team. 👏

𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The 250A chassis range from Trical can accommodate from 12 to 72 MCBs. With a peak withstand current of 52.5kA, and a short time withstand current of 25kA/0.1s, this range represents a reliable solution for commercial applications.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 - 𝟯𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘆. 🎉

David joined us in June 1996, hired by Tony Boerdyk for spot welding at Teubel. Tony offered him the job on the spot and paid him for the full day of his interview. That kind of welcome clearly stuck!

In the three decades since, David has been here for all of it - the days when Teubel and Gael were separate companies, the formation of Trical, and the move to our Wiri site.

His career here spans an extraordinary range of roles - from laser and turret operator to press brake, spot welding, door sealing, extrusion cutting, assembly, quality control, and more. The full list is on his plaque, and it's impressive.
