Someone asked us the other day, “Do you guys just go around doing BBQs everywhere?”

We said, “We do BBQs with a bit of hire on the side.”😉😂

A good team knows how to diversify, and ours certainly does. One minute they’re in the office, the next they’re behind the BBQ cooking up our speciality Pronto burgers🍔

Today the BBQ trailer was back out, and this time we headed out to Camex Civil, where five of us cooked up breakfast for the crew, knocking out over 100 burgers like a well-oiled machine.

Before the planting, paving and finished landscape, there’s one thing that has to happen first...

After 4 and a half years with Pronto Hire, it's time to say goodbye to Ashleigh 👋

Ashleigh has been a familiar friendly face (and voice) around Pronto for a long time. From being one of the first people our customers speak to, helping with enquiries and making sure they get pointed in the right direction, Ashleigh has played a big part in looking after our customers over the years.

Not to mention the very important responsibility of making sure the cookie stocks never got dangerously low at our Silverdale branch 🍪

We'll definitely miss your friendly vibe, big smile, the good yarns, and yes, those pink work boots too 🩷🥾

Thanks for being part of Pronto, Ashleigh. We hope you've enjoyed your time here as much as we've enjoyed having you.

We’re starting to think the term “DIY” needs a rebrand 🙂‍↕️

Because for some reason, DIY has come to mean slaving away all weekend with a shovel and wheelbarrow, doing a job that probably could’ve taken you three hours with a small excavator and a tipper.

And somewhere around wheelbarrow load number 34, DIY starts to feel a lot more like...

DIWhy

Why am I still doing this?
Why is there still that much dirt?
And why didn’t I just get a digger involved?

Or, I knew I needed that digger from Pronto.

For all those DIYers at home slaving it out, it really doesn’t have to be that hard.
