Over two years ago, Jay approached us with his dream build. A ute chopped Toyota FJ Cruiser that would to be unlike any other in the world & as if it was from the factory.

Our awnser to that? Absolutely yes!

Carefully designed, fabricated, and finished to our base line standard of perfection. A massivethank you to Jay for your patience and entrusting the BC team on this mammoth task.

Lvvta Certification, finished with a Vtnz Wof.

SPECS:
- 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser.
- Four litre V6 petrol, with a Raptor Pro charger. (283kw)
- Ute Conversion, pannel, paint & all fabrication completed in-house.
- BC snorkle & airbox.
- BC Mackdaddy aluminum tray & Canopy.
- BC rock sliders and scrubs.
- BC stainless exhaust system.
- Custom catchcan, steering res & window wash res.
- M1 hammer bar, 12000lb Warn winch.
- manger30/ redvison system & 150ah lithium battery.
- 80 litre 316 Stainless water tank and 12v Pressure pump.
- Aircompressor and 15litre supply tank.
- coil assist bags.
- suspension.
- 35" Razors.
- Much more but thats the jist.

Been a while since posting on the line, things have been non stop in the shop with plenty of great cretions going out the door, and a few hidden away behind the scenes.

Heres a few jobs we have been upto...

1. Jays one of a kind FJ cruiser; Ute chopped, procharged with the full off grid camping set up. Fully completed, certified with a clean sheet VTNZ Wof.

2. Jay and Benos on a sunny Saturday, hand over day!

3. FJ45/ 79 BC Concept build. Widened, coiled four link, duel cab converted toyota landcruiser build thats due to turn some heads.

Produced the way would have made it, with the BC touch.

4. Brand spanking new Ford rangers. Under the knife and getting ready for their new camper bodys.

5. Fabrication of a new 316 stainless steel head board water tank to replace and existing plastic one. 12volt water pump plumber and wired for extra pressure.

6. 300 Series undersill freshwater tank. 316 Stainless steel tank, wired into the system and plumbed to the rear for easy access and usability.

7. Online orders, plenty of airbox and snorkle kits manufactured weekly. Keen on one? Check out our range online, we ship world wide.

8 & 9. Rear wheel carrier bracket manufactured and installed to the VW Camper project.

had his VW Amarok in last week to get a set of heavy duty rock sliders made up, finished in Epoxy satin black paint so josh can touch them up as he uses them.

Adrians Toyota KZJ78 all buttoned up after receiving some upgrades over the past few weeks. As always, cheers for the work mate 👍🏼.

- 600x300x76mm Front mounted intercooler system made up and fitted. ✔️
- Safari plastic snorkle installed, BC custom airbox and intake piping. ✔️
- BC mild steel exhaust manifold. ✔️
- BC 3" stainless steel turbo back exhaust system including muffler.
- 3d Printed gauge holder, and Red arc Boost/Egt gauge install.
