Founded in 2002, Quigley Contracting is a family owned and operated business based at Punawai, in Mid Canterbury. Starting out with just 1 medium square baler, 1 vee rake, a tractor and lots of enthusiasm! We now employ up to 60 staff during the peak of the season, running balers, forage harvesters, truck and trailers, loader wagons and all associated equipment as well as cultivation equipment. Se

Additional Seasonal Operators Wanted - Harvest Season 2026

Quigley Contracting is gearing up for a busy harvest season and is looking for additional operators to join our team.

We have immediate starts available, with work running through to late March / early April, and truck positions available through to mid-May for maize harvest.

• Tractor operators
• Loader operators
• Truck drivers
• General seasonal machinery operators
