Jim has been part of the Agserve crew for just over a year now, bringing with him an easy-going nature, a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for welding, engineering and creating things that are built to last.

He enjoys the challenge of taking an idea and turning it into a practical solution, whether that means working his way through a tricky technical problem, repairing something that’s seen better days, or building something from scratch.

Always keen to keep developing his skills, Jim is also undertaking further engineering training, adding to his knowledge and experience and continuing to grow within his role at Agserve.

When he’s not in the workshop, Jim is happiest near the water with a fishing rod in hand. He enjoys getting outdoors, unwinding and making the most of his time away from work.

Jim enjoys being part of the Agserve team, and we certainly enjoy having his practical skills, laid-back attitude and willingness to get stuck in as part of the crew.

Meet Max-

Max joined the Agserve crew after spending nine years working in the farming industry, so it’s fair to say he already knew his way around a farm before coming on board!

His farming background has been a great fit for Agserve, and Max still loves any opportunity to get out on farm as part of the job. He enjoys working outdoors, learning new things and getting stuck into anything that helps him build his skills and experience.

Max is also currently working towards his Engineering Apprenticeship, where he’s continuing to develop a whole new range of engineering skills while putting plenty of his existing practical knowledge to good use.

Outside of work, you’ll still find Max making the most of the outdoors. He’s a keen hunter, enjoys a bit of fishing, and when he’s not out and about, he has another slightly different hobby ,building and painting model tanks.

With his farming experience, practical approach and willingness to learn, Max has been a great addition to the Agserve team and we’re looking forward to watching him continue to grow in his engineering career.
