📢 COTS | 12th Annual General Meeting

The wait is almost over.

Tomorrow, COTS will convene for its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM)—a significant occasion marking the conclusion of the current Executive Committee’s tenure and the beginning of a new chapter for the club.

This AGM will provide an opportunity to reflect on the achievements and progress made over the past year, as well as to formally welcome a new Executive Committee that will guide COTS forward with renewed vision and leadership.

Not a typical table talk, but a guided, interactive experience where expression meets purpose.

The journey begins with ice-breaking and light-hearted interactions, creating a warm and welcoming space where participants feel relaxed, confident, and ready to speak. A touch of fun and engagement sets the tone, because powerful conversations begin where comfort exists.

As the space opens, the event unfolds into its core, a structured table talk centered on women, their voices, and their lived realities. Through carefully designed question rounds, participants explore conversations on women’s power, societal stereotypes, internal and external pressures, personal and professional challenges, resilience, and growth.

Each round invites participants to share their thoughts, experiences, and perspectives with honesty, clarity, and depth. This is a platform where voices are not rushed or overshadowed, but listened to with intention.

𝗔 panel of judges will attentively listen to every response, assessing participants based on a defined judging criteria, including clarity of thought, confidence, originality, emotional depth, and overall impact. Participants will be scored in each round, ensuring a fair, respectful, and meaningful evaluation while preserving the spirit of dialogue and empowerment.
