We are truly grateful to all the participants, speakers, institutions, engineers, researchers and friends who were able to join MATERIAL TESTING & SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATION TECHNOLOGIES on Sept 2.2026 Hotel Himalaya, even during this difficult time and with such short notice.
Your presence and willingness to connect meant a lot to us.
The evening included discussions on GPR applications by Eddie Ho of Sensors & Software, Canada, Thapathali Campus’s Engineering material testing and research capabilities ;preliminary understanding and future directions following the Bhotekoshi Flood 2026, and the need for specialized Geo-Engineering Research Infrastructure in Nepal.
Along with the technical sessions, the event gave us a valuable opportunity to meet people working across different areas of engineering, infrastructure, research and public service.
We would like to sincerely thank Thapathali Campus, our speakers and every participant who contributed their time, questions, experience and ideas.
