We are new venture working in the field of engineering. We work with clients to assess their needs and translate them into designs, equipment, or new systems.

From the initial concept stage through to completion, we manage project timelines and oversee all developments. We assess the project for technical issues and find unique ways to resolve them without affecting the overall completion deadline or affecting the involvement from other departments or external companies. We attend meetings with clients, architects, local authorities, and manufacturers t

o create a good rapport with them to fully understand their requirements and provide accurate solutions, as well as to provide them with progress updates along the way. Part of this role also involves managing and organizing the logistics of the project, such as purchasing or supply chain management. Also, analyzing the processes in place and identify areas that can be improved or find solutions to issues as they arise.

We are looking for a experienced and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Construction Supervisor.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction sites

2. Coordinate with sub-contractors

3. Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations

4. Meet Construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.

5. Hold weekly meeting with the team

6. Supervise multiple sites during the course of a day

7. Ensure a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards & Procedures

8. Meet operational standards resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans

Other Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

2. Good Presentation Skills

3. Previous working experience as a Construction Supervisor for 2-3 years

4. Ability to read construction blue prints and designs

5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail

6. Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
