🔹Qualifications – Civil Engineer/ Overseer
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D drawings and sketching)
✔ Good working knowledge of SketchUp
✔ Experience in building supervision
✔ Ability to read and prepare construction drawings
✔ Knowledge of asset/ property valuation will be an added advantage

🔹 Qualifications – Architect
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
✔ Strong skills in SketchUp (3D modeling & visualization)
✔ Experience in building design and layout planning
✔ Ability to prepare architectural drawings and coordinate with site teams
