We're hiring!

Shape AS in Skodje is looking for someone to grow into a CNC Programmer role on our team. We do precision machining for demanding industrial projects, and this is a chance to have real influence on how things get built, not just a seat in a big hierarchy.

Already an experienced CNC/CAM programmer? Great, let's talk. But we're just as interested in CNC operators ready to level up, or anyone with a strong CAD/mechanical mindset who wants to learn. No NX experience needed , we'll train the right person.

What matters most: you're hands-on, curious, and like figuring out better ways to do things.
