Ny uke med avlusing for kunde, nytt anlegg og fisk med snittvekt 1,5 til 2 kg. Kjekt å se at SFI Systemet fungerer godt på liten fisk også👍
Fortsatt god effekt og lav dødelighet!

Denne uken har Sea Farm Innovations vært med Samba Hav på oppdrag hos kunde i Rogaland. Det er høye sjøtemperaturer og mye lys, så behovet for behandling er økende. Både oppdrettere og serviceselskap forteller om dårlig effekt med termisk behandling og ferskvann for tiden, så da kommer vår løsning med skånsom spyling fort på banen! Vi ser svært gode resultat ved behandling, med høy effekt på lus, lite skader på fisk og lav dødelighet etter behandling.
Trenging av fisk er nok fortsatt vår største fiende med tanke på fiskehelse og dødelighet, så her må det forbedringer til!

Samba Hav fortsetter med behandlinger med SFI System på lekter i neste uke, men har nok ledig kapasitet utover høsten. Ta gjerne kontakt med oss eller Samba Marin for mer informasjon!

Med SFI System får du god effekt, lav dødelighet etter behandling og fisken går raskt tilbake på fôr.

Her er historien om Lisa Laks og hennes korte og krevende liv. Det skrives mye om termisk behandling og hvor skadelig det er for fisken. Det som ikke er nevnt her er sultetid før behandling med brønnbåt eller varmtvann, og hvilken negativ effekt sultetid eller mangel på næring har for immunforsvaret til Lisa Laks. Dette er selvsagt med på å forsterke den negative effekten med behandlingen!

SFI System krever minimalt med sultetid før behandling, så sjansen for å få en robust og sterk laks ut fra behandling er veldig stor! Om man gjør dette riktig vil det også bli minimalt med skader, samtidig som andre velferdindikstorer også vil være gode!
Dette er noen av fordelene: Minimalt tap av tilvekst, minimal dødelighet og kortere produksjonstid i sjø!
