After months of preparations, it was great to finally welcome customers, partners and friends to our stand at ONS 2026 in Stavanger today.🚀

We had a great first day with many good meetings and conversations – both at our stand and around the exhibition.

The first day of ONS is usually not even the busiest one, so this certainly looks promising for the rest of the week!

🌊 Sometimes, our technology pops up where you least expect it!
A TV2 news feature about Chinese cultural treasures discovered at 600 metres depth caught the attention of one of our sharp-eyed colleagues at Imenco.
Not because of the treasures themselves, but because they spotted an Imenco ROV latch being used in the operation. 👀
A small reminder that subsea technology often plays a quiet, but essential role behind the scenes – even in remarkable discoveries like this.
And to our observant colleague: well spotted! 👏

Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming a class from Fagskolen Rogaland. The students are studying Mechanical Engineering, and the visit gave them an insight into what we do at Imenco.

Kristian Varne, Geir Trengereid Imenco and Per Einar Oreberg gave a presentation about the activities of our company, followed by a tour of the workshop. The students showed great interest and asked many good questions.

Visits like these are always a pleasure – and who knows, maybe some of them will be future colleagues or future customers! 👷‍♂️🔧
