🎓 Wednesday turned into a full recruitment day for Marine Technologies, with two career events in one day!

At the Career Day at Dalane Upper Secondary School,
Kristoffer, Tore, Elias and Nikolai met many curious and motivated students who wanted to learn more about opportunities within Marine Technologies, logistics and technical professions.

It’s always inspiring to talk with young people who are about to make important career choices – and to show them the exciting paths our industry can offer.

Later, we continued to the Career Day at the University of Agder in Grimstad, where Line, Amalie (GT Ålesund), Hallvar and Anders represented us at our stand and had great conversations with talented students.

A special highlight was meeting our bachelor students: Fredrik Nikodemus Pettersson, Henry Stuart Brown Berven and Krstie Iselinn Storvik, 3rd year Mechatronics students who are currently writing their bachelor thesis in collaboration with us. It was great to see them stop by for a chat and share updates on their work – we truly value the close cooperation with the next generation of engineers!

💙 Thank you to everyone who visited our stands.
We look forward to staying in touch – and hopefully welcoming some of you as future colleagues!

This was also the first time we brought along our sister company, Green Technologies, which made the experience even more valuable 🍀

Representing Marine Technologies and Green Technologies at the stand were:
– Kristoffer Hovland
– Line Bjørnemo
– Amalie Knardal Henriksen (Green Technologies, Ålesund)

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat — we really appreciate the interest and engagement! 🙌

🚢 A great day in Stavanger!
On Tuesday we had the pleasure of joining Buksér & Berging for the unveiling of their brand new tug vessels BB Power and Boss – and what a fantastic event it was!

BB Power delivers an impressive 120 tonnes bollard pull and is built for demanding offshore operations, while Boss offers 75 tonnes bollard pull – perfect for es**rt and harbour support along the Norwegian coast.
Getting a guided onboard tour and seeing the newest propulsion and bridge technology up close was truly inspiring.

👏 Huge congratulations to Buksér & Berging on two outstanding additions to the fleet – and a big thank you for the invitation and warm hospitality.
We appreciate being part of such an exciting milestone!
