Für LEONHARD WEISS GmbH & Co. KG durften wir diese BFMR1000EKG Mix & Recycle Unit realisieren.

Die Maschine ist mit einer verstellbaren Hakenhöhe, einer leistungsstarken Mischfunktion mit 8 Düsen sowie einer langlebigen HDPE-Rohrleitung für eine lange Lebensdauer ausgestattet. Mit einer Mischkapazität von 1.000 Litern pro Minute und einer Recyclingkapazität von bis zu 1.000 Litern pro Minute ist diese Maschine für maximale Leistung auf der Bohrbaustelle ausgelegt.

Die Mix & Recycle Unit ist dank eines integrierten Stage-V-Dieselmotors mit Generator vollständig autark. Mit einer Gesamtleistung von 240 kW steht ausreichend Energie zur Verfügung, um auch ein elektrisches Bohrgerät mit Strom zu versorgen. Darüber hinaus kann die Maschine auch über eine externe Stromquelle, wie beispielsweise ein Batteriesystem oder das Stromnetz, betrieben werden.

Zusätzlich ist die Maschine mit einem Lkw-Ladekran mit Funkfernsteuerung ausgestattet, wodurch sie vielseitig einsetzbar ist und effizient auf der Baustelle genutzt werden kann.

We were proud to deliver this BFMR1000EKG Mix & Recycle Unit to LEONHARD WEISS GmbH & Co. KG

The machine is equipped with an adjustable hook height, a powerful mixing system featuring eight nozzles, and durable HDPE piping for a long service life. With a mixing capacity of 1,000 litres per minute and a recycling capacity of up to 1,000 litres per minute, this unit is built to deliver maximum performance on the drilling site.

The Mix & Recycle Unit is completely self-sufficient thanks to its integrated Stage V diesel engine with generator. With a total available power output of 240 kW, there is more than enough capacity to power an electric drilling rig as well. In addition, the machine can also operate using an external power source, such as a battery pack or the electrical grid.

The unit is also equipped with a truck-mounted crane featuring remote control, making it highly versatile and efficient to operate on site.

De bouwvak staat voor de deur. Een mooi moment om terug te kijken op de mooie projecten die we de afgelopen periode hebben mogen realiseren. Wij willen al onze klanten, leveranciers en partners bedanken voor het vertrouwen en de prettige samenwerking.

Na een eerdere levering van de Mixunit hebben we nu ook de mix- & recyclerunit mogen toevoegen aan het machinepark van sggb.

Zo hebben we voor SGGB een krachtige 2000 liter mix- en recyclerunit mogen realiseren. Deze machine is uitgerust met een efficiënte mixfunctie dankzij 8 nozzles in de voorraadtank. De machine is wendbaar, snel inzetbaar en klaar voor elk project!

Following an earlier delivery of the Mix Unit, we have now also had the opportunity to add the mix & recycler unit to SGGB’s machine park.

We were able to build a powerful 2000-liter mix- and recycler unit for SGGB. This machine is equipped with an efficient mixing function thanks to 8 nozzles in the storage tank. The machine is maneuverable, quick to deploy, and ready for any project!

Speciaal ontwikkeld voor Heijmans: een alleskunner onder de machines! Deze unit combineert een mix- en recyclesysteem met een hogedrukpomp van 750 L/min, klaar voor het zware werk.

De unit is volledig elektrisch aangedreven en kan zowel op walstroom draaien als via de ingebouwde dieselmotor met generator. Met een 12 m³ opslagtank voorzien van 8 nozzles, een 4 m³ recycle tank en een 500 L schoonwatertank voor de hogedrukreiniger is hij optimaal uitgerust voor elk project.

𝐖𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐳𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐣𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐚𝐤𝐭:

Specially developed for Heijmans: a true all-rounder among machines! This unit combines a mixing and recycling system with a high-pressure pump of 750 L/min, ready for heavy-duty work.

The unit is fully electrically driven and can operate both on shore power and via the built-in diesel engine with generator. Equipped with a 12 m³ storage tank featuring 8 nozzles, a 4 m³ recycle tank, and a 500 L clean water tank for the high-pressure cleaner, it is perfectly prepared for any project.
