We are proud to present our redesigned Bell 400: now the most powerful submersible dredge pump in the world.
The Bell 400 is driven by two hydraulic motors that deliver 500kW through a gear box, resulting in a total mixture capacity of 3500 m3/h @ 5 bar. More power, higher efficiency.
The oil-filled and pressure compensated gear box and bearing house allow the pump to operate at any desired depth.

We have built and delivered a Bell Power Pack 900 to a French customer. The Bell Power Pack 900 is designed to drive a Bell 300 dredge pump and has an extra function to power a single or double cutter head.

Equipped with a powerful Caterpillar C18 engine, it delivers a pressure of 300 bar and a flow rate of 900 L/min. It can run at full power for approximately 12 hours on a single tank.
Also, this power pack has the full Bell remote control option.

Juist, Germany – Bell Dredging is currently carrying out dredging operations in the port area, including maintenance dredging of the navigation channel and works around the ferry jetties.

The project is being executed using a Bell Amphibious Excavator 200 in combination with a Bell 200 dredging pump. The excavator is equipped with side pontoons, spud legs, and thrusters, allowing for rapid maneuvering during high tide conditions. This setup enables efficient operations during both low and high tide, maximizing productive working hours throughout every shift.

In addition, dredging activities are ongoing in the yacht harbour under a 24-hour operation, carried out by two Bell operators.
