HGG supplies a wide range of innovative and high quality cutting machines. In addition we offer cutting services in our strategically located facilities.

HGG develops CNC machines, which perfectly cut thick walled, steel profiles (pipes, beams and square hollow sections), including weld preparations. These machines are successfully used in a variety of branches such as the structural steel industry, offshore industry, shipbuilding industry and the piping industry. Besides developing profiling machines HGG also operates as an international subcontra

ctor. Work can be done at the facility in Wieringerwerf (The Netherlands) but transportable machines are also available to work on site at any desired location worldwide. HGG is a financially stable company, where one of its founders is still partly owner of the company. HGG Group consists out of HGG Profiling Equipment BV (machine building) and HGG Profiling Contractors BV (contracting). HGG Profiling Equipment has sales/service divisions in China and the Philippines, while HGG Profiling Contractors BV has cutting facilities in Germany and the United Kingdom. Agents and distributors representing HGG’s products are located worldwide. HGG’s main activities:

A couple of 𝗣𝗖𝗟 𝟲𝟬𝟬 machines are currently taking shape in our production halls here at HGG headquarters.

The PCL 600 is specifically designed to cut 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 used in the 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 industry.
Equipped with a highly capable robot, it performs three-dimensional profiling, allowing for precise cuts with bevels and angularity, ensuring maximum flexibility and accuracy for complex shapes.
