For VelopA B.V., Hendriks Formwork Solutions developed a mould for the production of concrete seating elements for public spaces.
đ§đĩđ˛ đ°đĩđŽđšđšđ˛đģđ´đ˛ was the combination of complex multi-directional curves and high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface finish. To achieve this, the resin mould inserts were milled from multiple blocks and carefully finished. This process ensures a smooth surface finish and nearly seamless transitions between the different mould parts.
