Over the past few weeks, our service team has been working hard on the assembly of the tunnel formwork for Project Merwede.

𝗕𝗼𝘂𝘄𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗲 has now started pouring the concrete upstands, with the pouring of the tunnels set to begin shortly. With a total of 17 storeys, the structural shell of the project is steadily taking shape.

Through professional and meticulous installation, we ensure that our client is well prepared for the next stages of construction. We also remain involved throughout the project, providing support wherever needed.

For the construction of the flyover near Amsterdam’s Zuidasdok district, Triax is using column formwork supplied by Hendriks Formwork Solutions. The oval-shaped piers, with diameters of 3 and 3.5 metres, require a formwork solution that precisely meets the project’s ex*****on requirements.

From 3D engineering and production to on-site assembly, we work closely with Triax to provide a practical solution tailored to the scale and complexity of the project.

Great to see our formwork contributing to this impressive infrastructure project. Zuidasdok is one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. The project will improve accessibility to Amsterdam and the northern part of the Randstad region, both by road and public transport. Zuidasdok is a joint project involving ProRail, the Municipality of Amsterdam and Rijkswaterstaat.

For TM ROCO, on behalf of Lantis, we supplied a fully mobile external wall formwork system for the Canal tunnels of the Oosterweel Link in Antwerp. Thanks to its anchoring to the floor, TM ROCO can cast the external walls without the use of tie rods.

Following the assembly of the inner and outer walls, portals and hydraulic systems of the central tunnel channel formwork, another important milestone has now been reached. Both the concrete pour using the tunnel formwork and the pouring of the two outer walls were completed successfully.

It is great to see the project taking shape step by step. We are proud that formwork from Hendriks Formwork Solutions is now being used on this landmark infrastructure project in Antwerp, carried out by TM ROCO on behalf of Lantis.

For the construction of the Metterswane residential tower, comprising 23 storeys and 276 apartments, Veluwezoom Verkerk Bouw B.V.. and Wessels Rijssen used tunnel formwork supplied by Hendriks Formwork Solutions.

Well ahead of schedule, we have now started removing the formwork from the construction site. This is a great opportunity to thank everyone on site for the excellent cooperation. To show our appreciation, a food truck serving fries and snacks was arranged for everyone involved.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗶𝗷𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻

For the construction of 85 residential units in Nijmegen, Husovic Bouw, on behalf of Reinbouw BV, is using our wall formwork systems from the basement level all the way to the top floor.

The residential tower consists of eight levels, including a basement, which houses one of the project's most distinctive features. The wall corners had to be cast continuously in a single concrete pour. To achieve this, we developed custom-made corner formwork specifically for this application.

From engineering and planning to assembly and dismantling, we manage the entire process. We contribute from the preparation phase onward, handle on-site installation, and remain actively involved throughout ex*****on. This enables us to provide not only the right formwork systems, but also the support needed to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
