Our Story ... changing

After an initial focus on abandoned and neglected buildings, with the intent to reuse them, we are now shifting our focus to more practical applications and developments, which need less investment and reach out to more people.

After a long search of our possibilities to use our experience more directly in our products, we concluded that a maritime component is needed. With our experience in maritime electronics and electrics, we decided to downscale the “preservation for the future” from buildings to boats. There are a lot of privately owned and rental yachts upto 20/25 meters of length, which in the next few years will need work on their propulsion machenery. Governments and legislation are changing to more environmentally friendly applications, at first for new builds, but soon also for the existing fleet. We can provide the full replacement of your diesel or petrol engine/generator, to an electric drive, powered by batteries, solar panels and even hydrogen. Additionally we can install and service additional galley equipment, electronics for navigation, communication, entertainment or remote monitoring to sustain your vessel(s) for the future, where reliable and environmentally friendly drives shall be demanded by governments and clients.

Besides this refit-approach we want to sell small electric vessels for private or rental use. We are also looking into the amphibious vehicle market, where we see possibilities for hydrogen powered vehicles, used by government- or nature preserving organisations.
