I keep myself always busy and in control with sounds for games, playing with synths and recording audio to eventually manipulate this. That's my way to roll...
Just like the other founders, I studied Music & Technology at the University of the Arts Utrecht and specialized in Music Design for Games & Interaction. Earlier, I graduated as Sound Designer at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam. I combine my knowledge of all these fields to be more aware of the possibilities of sound when designing audio for a game.
At Auris Media, I mainly coordinate projects and design audio for games, keeping track of the task management, but also implementing sounds and systems. When I get the chance to, I also like to compose electronic music within story driven contexts. Creating audio for games is the most fun thing to do. It excites me to be part of a huge team of talented disciplines to create something impactful like a game can become, I hope this will never end!
