4 jaar geleden begonnen we met het idee om het missende interieurlampje van de inmiddels zeldzame VW Kever-Zwitter opnieuw te ontwikkelen. Het originele lampje behorend in de Zwitter modellen was inmiddels namelijk minstens zo zeldzaam en niet meer te krijgen. Na velen prototypes, mislukte gietingen en mallen is het ons toch gelukt.

Nu na 4 jaar zijn we nog altijd trots op het ressultaat!

FOR SALE the LAST VW Zwitter (repro) dome lights...

This component, often damaged or incomplete, was exclusively used in a single variant of the iconic VW Beetle. For classic car restorers, it posed a significant challenge as this part had become nearly impossible to find.

It exemplifies the necessity for designing reproduction parts for classic cars. Leveraging innovative reverse engineering techniques, we have redesigned and successfully reproduced.

Reproduction/replica Cigar Ashtray based on the Perohaus accessoires.

"At the start of the Beetle era, smokers were not even provided with an ashtray, which only became available in cars manufactured after June 3, 1950. Volkswagen’s designers added a small ashtray to the dashboard of the Export Split Window Beetles. However, this pull-out cylindrical ashtray was far from sufficient for heavy-smoking Beetle owners. Noticing this gap in the market, the company Perohaus created a larger ashtray that could easily slide into the original small ashtray opening. This solution was perfect for enthusiasts of big Cuban ci**rs, allowing them to dispose of fresh ashes into the storage compartment below with a simple turn of a k**b, preventing ashes from blowing around when the window was open"
