𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀? 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱:
We often get called after an offset press has been moved and it doesn’t perform the way it used to.

Here are 3 things that make the difference:
1️⃣ Dismantling: make sure every part is labelled, documented and prepared for transport.
2️⃣ Loading & transport: offset presses require proper lifting points, balanced weight distribution and protection of sensitive components like rollers and electronics.
3️⃣ Reinstallation: units need to be aligned and pressures set correctly to ensure consistent print quality from the first run.

So remember that this is not just moving a machine. It’s making sure it runs again, exactly as it should.

This Aster Kristec processes flat sheets directly from digital printing systems, collating and folding them into signatures before sewing them into complete book blocks.
