📍 Smart infrastructure monitoring in Leiden

Last month our Sales Engineer was out on the water in the historic centre of Leiden.
16 SmartBricks were replaced across four bridges.
Cold temperatures. Almost freezing. But a great view of the city from the water.

Why the exchange?
✅ The monitoring contract has been extended for another three years.
✅ The SmartBrick has reached its latest generation.

This new version is temperature compensated. Even more reliable in changing weather conditions.
SmartBrick detects structural changes that are not visible to the naked eye. But they are very important for safe management of quay walls, bridges and ageing infrastructure.

Great teamwork with Gemeente Leiden.
And great to see continued investment in smart monitoring.
