Last week we welcomed the team from to our HQ and Academy in Nieuw-Vennep.

Real progress happens when cable manufacturers and field ex*****on specialists come together. During the visit, we shared how we approach high-voltage jointing and how our Academy ensures that our craft is developed and consistently applied in the field.

Because in high-voltage, reliability is never theoretical. It is built on preparation, precision, and people who know exactly what they are doing.
These moments of exchange matter. Aligning on expectations upfront is what leads to predictable projects and the electricity certainty society depends on.

We look back on three insightful days at the Solar Solutions International exhibition.

We introduced Reynard’s Balance of Plant (BoP) for BESS approach, supporting the integration of battery energy storage systems into the grid.
Because successful energy storage projects are not defined by the battery alone. They also depend on everything around it, like the grid connection, the cables, the interfaces and the ex*****on.

With our high-voltage expertise in cable termination, testing and grid integration, Reynard helps ensure that BESS projects connect safely, reliably and on schedule, strengthening electricity certainty when it matters most.

A new group of experienced HV Jointers started project-specific familiarisation training at the Reynard Academy.

The training is focused on a client-specific cable and connector system, ensuring every detail in procedures, materials, and sequencing is fully aligned before site work begins.

In the video, you see one of the key steps: heat-shrinking a high-voltage termination. Not as a learning exercise, but as part of preparing for consistent ex*****on.
