Als Technical Sales Engineer ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande
klanten. Je combineert technische expertise met commerciële vaardigheden en begeleidt klanten
gedurende het gehele traject: van aanvraag en advies tot levering en nazorg.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het actief onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties en het realiseren
van verkoopdoelstellingen. Daarnaast signaleer je marktontwikkelingen en vertaal je deze naar
commerciële kansen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
• Actief onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties;
• Identificeren en opvolgen van leads (telefonisch en digitaal);
• Adviseren van klanten en bieden van technische oplossingen;
• Opstellen van offertes, calculaties en opdrachtbevestigingen;
• Begeleiden en bewaken van het order- en leveringstraject;
• Verzamelen en analyseren van markt- en concurrentie-informatie.

Functie-eisen:
• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in technische en/of commerciële richting
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een technisch commerciële functie
• Affiniteit met techniek (bij voorkeur motoren, generatorsets of vergelijkbare producten)
• Goede kennis van markt en producten
• Ervaring met CRM-systemen en MS Office
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
• Commercieel inzicht en cijfermatig onderbouwingsvermogen
• Bereidheid om (incidenteel) te reizen
