This 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 is prepared for its journey to our client. Designed as an optical presorter for potatoes and onions, the Divider 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗱𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 early in the product flow, helping create a cleaner and more manageable process. 🥔🧅

Construction of the pumping station, which 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 to irrigation pivots across the valley, continues to progress as part of the wider 𝟵𝟬𝟬-𝗵𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

✅ Wet well and inlet walls have reached 10.8 metres of the planned 13 metres
✅ Linkage between the wet well and head canal is complete
✅ Head canal concrete works have reached approximately 97.9% completion
✅ The full 130 metres of lake-bed excavation is complete, extending the intake into deeper water to support reliable water abstraction throughout the year 💧

Last week, we demonstrated the 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮, showing how optical sorting can support a cleaner and more efficient product flow.

During the demonstration, the Divider showed how it can 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. This can help protect equipment further down the processing line while reducing the need for manual sorting.

Dewulf has introduced the ZB3, a 𝟯-𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, developed for growers working with an odd-numbered planting pattern who are looking for increased harvesting capacity while maintaining cleaning performance and product quality.

The Wifo MP20 Minituber planter has been installed at a farm in India and is 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱. Together with the customer, 𝗔𝗣𝗛 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 to make sure everything is ready before planting starts in the first week of October.
