Data technician level 4
The data technician is responsible for commissioning and maintaining transformer and switching stations and the electricity grid. He often works on fiber optic networks and installs cabling, modems and network equipment in the district network. He carries out maintenance and monitors the consequences of a change. The data technician is expected to carry out his work in a health and safety and environmentally conscious manner on the basis of assignments and procedures, regulations and standards. He advises and clearly explains what work he carries out, adapted to the type of customer and environment. He has a collegial attitude towards his colleagues and managers, is involved, listens well and shows solidarity and flexibility. He comes across as representative.
