𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲
Besides deburring machinery, Timesavers also offers precision grinding machines. This type of grinding machine is called: the 81 series. It is the best if it comes to grinding with precision and efficiency. This innovative solution grinds material to a predetermined thickness, with an accuracy of +/- 0.02 mm. Suitable for materials like stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, molybdenum, carbon steel and many more alloys.

After laser or waterjet cutting, your sheet metal products are often left with sharp edges. To avoid harm to your personnel or end-customer it is necessary to round the edges. Not only for safety but also for ensuring quality in the finished product. In many cases, achieving a specific radius is a necessary step in the production process.

Advantages of a uniform radius:
🔴 Products are safer during handling and minimises injuries to assembly workers or end users.
🔴 Better coating or paint coverage on the edge, leading to high quality surface treatments.
