Although this news is actually meant for our retailers, we couldn’t resist sharing it with you. For stores that carry the SPIN remote SDC-1, we created this fun app called the SDC experience.

Curious customers can now try out the SPIN remote in stores. With the help of a virtual living room on a tablet they can see what it feels like to turn on lights or turn up the volume (of the actual tablet!) with the SPIN remote SDC-1.

Great news! We released the SPIN remote API on GitHub! In the future controlling the doors or water taps with SPIN remote aren't just things out of a viral video anymore ;)

What's an API anyway, you may ask? Well, basically the API is a basic kit others can use to create new things for the SPIN remote SDC-1.

We released the "building blocks", so other developers and enthusiasts are able to create new and exciting uses for the SPIN remote.
