Another website that I designed. The goals and purposes are clear from the name. This is the first version, I tested by recreating the models in the CAD and everything worked out, but you still double-check the result several times before cutting. The functionality will expand as the site becomes more popular. Study in detail what exactly this or that value affects, but everything is clear from the name. Before cutting, pay attention to the names of the layers: HOLES - cut holes, ENGRAVE - the layer of the engraving grid, OUTLINE - the outer contour to be cut. I created a website primarily aimed at manufacturers who cut parts manually using templates. Previously, there was a problem: it was impossible to produce a large project if you had a small printer. For example, parts for a large gorilla wouldn't fit on an A4 sheet. On my website, you can upload a large DXF file, select the "Mosaic" mode, and the site will automatically divide the large part into sheets of the required size, with special arrow marks for later joining the smaller sheets into one large one.

The website address is DXF2PDF.com.

In "Mosaic" mode, don't select too many parts, otherwise the system may freeze. This is the first version of the website, and after printing, check the resulting parts against the dimensional drawing. In addition to "Mosaic" mode, this is a full-featured DXF-to-PDF converter with various functions. You can use it not only for my parts, but for everything else.

This site has trouble recognizing non-English fonts in DXF files, but if the site becomes popular, I'll fix this.

Digital Project – Bulldog

This is a digital product (no physical item) designed for DIY metal sculpture making. You’ll need access to a CNC metal cutting machine or tools for manual cutting using stencils (like an angle grinder). Parts are bent using a bending machine or by hand, then welded together following the step-by-step instructions. Optional finishing includes sanding and painting.

⚠️ Note: You are allowed to produce and sell only finished sculptures. Resale and distribution of drawings, files, assembly kits based on these files is strictly prohibited.

This is a mini project, it is not scaled.

The Skull Ashtray involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness 1,5 mm and a bending radius 1 mm. The project was developed based on the improved geometry of the Skull Fire Pit. The weight of the Skull Ashtray is about 0,9 kg. There are 15 parts in total. The design documentation includes 15 pages, 13 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 8 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (15 pcs.- files separately and for a sheet), Drawings (15 pages), Instructions (8 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 182х138х108 mm.

The project is available DXF with engraving and without engraving. Remember to set up the layers before cutting, otherwise the machine may cut the parts along the engraving line. The engraving layer is on the inside of the part, the bending in the drawings is indicated on the outside of the part. Cutting layer – “Cut”, engraving layer – “Engrav”.

This project already has a template for printing on paper in A4 format.

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.

The Cat involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness 1,5 mm and a bending radius 1 mm. The weight of the Cat is about 2,3 kg. There are 25 parts in total. The design documentation includes 22 pages, 20 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 11 pages in the order of assembly.
