The dispatch of key equipment for our customer's processing line is in progress. The shipment includes:

🔶Receiving hopper: produce is unloaded on the hopper using dumpers, tip-trailers, boxes, bags, or big bags.
🔶Adjustable roller set: a spiral roller set effectively removes loose soil and dirt.
🔶Inspection unit: allows manual quality control and product sorting.
🔶Radial grader: precisely grades produce by different diametrical sizes.
🔶Storage hopper: designed to act as a buffer in a processing line, or between a processing line and a packaging line.
🔶Leaf separator: removes leaves, sticks, vines, roots, and loose dirt from the produce flow efficiently.
🔶Polisher: improves the appearance of fresh vegetables, by removing dirt, debris and blemishes from the vegetable’s surface.
🔶Trough conveyor: ensures consistent and stable product transfer.
🔶Heavy-duty elevators & conveyors: designed for smooth transport across distances and height differences with heavy-duty belts.

Gaat jouw hart sneller kloppen van machinebouw en metaalbewerking? Werk jij graag met staal, technische tekeningen en hoogwaardige machines? Dan is dit een mooie kans om mee te bouwen aan innovatieve oplossingen met internationale impact.

Wat ga je doen?
Als constructiebankwerker / lasser leg jij de basis van onze machines. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen, aangeleverd door onze engineers, werk jij zelfstandig aan diverse constructies en onderdelen.

Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen

Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden (zagen, boren, slijpen)

Samenstellen en lassen van constructiedelen

Wat breng je mee?

Minimaal een MBO 2 diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting

Ervaring als constructiebankwerker en/of lasser is een pré

Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en toepassen

Je werkt nauwkeurig, netjes en zelfstandig

Een proactieve en praktische werkhouding

A potato processing line has recently been installed to support efficient handling and preparation of potatoes before further processing. The line consists of receiving, cleaning, and grading while maintaining consistent movement of the product through each stage.

Line Configuration:
🔶Receiving hopper: designed to act as a buffer. It can be used to feed processing lines or loading and unloading lines in storage solutions.
🔶Adjustable roller set: used for pre-cleaning and pre-grading the produce.
🔶Inspection unit: allows manual quality control and product sorting
🔶Shake grader: produce is efficiently segregated into a maximum of five grades.
🔶Storage hopper: designed to act as a buffer in a processing line, or between a processing line and a packaging line.
🔶Web soil remover: designed to separate loose soil and dirt from produce.
🔶Leaf separator: removes leaves, sticks, vines, roots, and loose dirt from the produce flow efficiently.
🔶Trough conveyor: ensures consistent and stable product transfer
🔶Heavy-duty elevators & conveyors: designed for smooth transport across distances and height differences with heavy-duty belts

This setup helps organize the product flow from receiving to transportation, while removing soil and field debris and allowing for inspection during the process.

As we begin the new year, we would like to thank our team, partners, and clients for their continued trust and collaboration. The past year has been focused on strengthening our operations and preparing for future requirements.
We have expanded and upgraded our 4,500 sq. meter warehouse to support increased mild steel and stainless steel production. This development allows us to manage higher sales volumes, ensure faster dispatch, enhance production capacity, and improve overall service efficiency.
