🧅Onion processing line in Sierra Leone

Our latest onion processing line in Sierra Leone is designed for efficient grading and retail packing. After receiving, onions undergo manual inspection before entering a radial grader with 4 grading sizes. Oversized and undersized onions are transported to storage hoppers via a trough conveyor, while medium-sized onions are smoothly transferred through an even flow hopper to the weighing installation.

🚛⚙️ Ready for a New Season! ⚙️🚛

Several axial roller sets are ready for shipment to customers across different markets.

✅ One set will be used as an oversizer for beetroot
✅ Another set is destined for a chicory processing line
✅ The remaining sets will be used for leaf separation in various carrot processing lines

We successfully engineered and installed one of our largest fully automated French fries processing lines within a remarkably short timeframe, enabling our customer to start production on schedule. Designed with a reception capacity of 120 t/h, this complete processing solution combines high throughput with reliable and efficient operation. The line features a centralized control system, central waste collection with online weighing, our biggest radial graders, and 800 m³ storage capacity in storage hoppers. Every component has been engineered to ensure smooth product flow, precise grading, optimized storage, and maximum operational efficiency.

🚛🥕 Another successful shipment on its way! 🥕

Today, we loaded two trucks for a carrot processing company. The shipment included a large washing machine and an impressive 10-ton wet hopper.

Transporting large equipment always comes with challenges. When one of the machines turned out to be too wide for transport, we simply loaded it on its side. Sometimes a bit of creativity and experience is all it takes to get the job done safely and efficiently. 💪

Installation completed in Egypt 🇪🇬

We recently completed the installation of a 60 t/h potato processing line in Egypt, featuring dual receiving, grading, and inspection sections designed for efficient product handling and accurate size grading.

Line configuration:
🔶 Receiving hopper – Designed to act as a buffer and can be used to feed processing lines or loading and unloading lines in storage solutions.
🔶 Adjustable roller set – Used for pre-cleaning and pre-grading the produce by removing loose dirt and separating smaller material.
🔶 Radial grader – Precisely grades potatoes into different diametrical size fractions.
🔶 Inspection unit – Provides a dedicated area for manual quality control and product sorting.
🔶 Trough conveyor – Ensures consistent and stable product transfer throughout the line.
