First, we’d like to thank you for your interest and inquiry with AshQlusive Customs. All of our wheels are custom made per order and while there are many variables involved, we strive to make our ordering process as simple as possible for each and every customer.
THE BUILD OF ASHQLUSIVE CUSTOMS FORGED WHEELS
All wheels are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility. Our wheels are exclusively forged from 1 piece aluminum 6061-T6.
By forging, the aluminum molecules are more compact, so the forging process makes our wheels stronger, more durable and more resistant to corrosion and oxidation. Additionally, the wheel's structural integrity is not compromised. Forged wheels tend to have greater overall vehicle performance and enhanced fuel efficiency.
Every wheel of AshQlusive Customs passes through the countless dynamic balance and runout tests. Bending fatigue test, radial fatigue test and 13° car wheel impact test are sampled for each batch, ensuring that each wheel meets quality standards.
MONOBLOCK AND MODULAR WHEELS
The difference between a AshQlusive Customs monoblock wheel and a AshQlusive Customs modular wheel is the construction.
An AshQlusive Customs monoblock wheel is a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum whereas a AshQlusive Customs modular wheel is comprised of two or three pieces of 6061-T6 aluminum, the first being a center,.the second being a lip/barrel and the third being an extra lip or carbon decoration piece. With all AshQlusive Customs modular wheels, the center piece is fastened to a fl**ge located on the lip/barrel with stainless steel assembly hardware, which we offer in different finishes.
HOW TO ORDER

Our sales team will discuss your vehicle and wheel build with you, in depth. Once you have determined your desired wheel model, sizing, finish and any additional options, we will provide you with a formal estimate. Once you have reviewed this estimate and confirmed all details to be correct, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required. At this point, we will provide you with 2D cross-section profile drawings showing the concavity and/or lip size your wheels will have at the desired specs with the given brake clearance needed. From there, we will proceed with the manufacturing process. The manufacturing process may vary in time but standard is 3-6 weeks throughout the year. Once your wheels are complete, we will send you a completion photo. Once you confirm this photo, we will charge the remaining 50% balance, proceed with shipping and provide you with a shipment tracking number the following day.
