A total sell-out of our Egg-Bonbons after two hours of sending out the newsletter is not what we expected.. we didn't even have time to introduce you to Leslie's Donnie Darko egg!

Leslie is actually very shy on camera.. as you might see here. But he liked his egg enough to show up for it anyhow. He is also known for his slightly weird humor. Hence the creepy rabbit and the name of his egg 😅.

And no, we REALLY dont't have eggs to sell anymore.. and since its three different ones, we also do not have the time to craft more of them before the weekend. So sorry!

What we CAN offer you.. is that we make some bunnies tomorrow (Friday the 3rd). In case you reaaalllyyyy wanted to bring some easter style craft chocolate to your brunch table. 🐰

Not sure what the filling will be though.. Guess you just gotta trust us on that 😇.

Tina, our lovely team member who makes your fresh cups of cacao with the sounds of reggae music at the cafe every Thursday and Friday.
She was asked to create a special edition Easter bonbon.

Aaannddd she did!

After a few days of testing, she decided on a shell of plant-based white chocolate and blue lotus leaves đŸĒˇ with a filling of a dark chocolate, cashew and blueberry đŸĢ

Why?

" The best cacao drink I've ever had was with blueberry so that combination always stuck with me. Next to that, blue lotus has similar effects as cacao, in a way that they both help you to connect with yourself and bring your joy and happiness to rise within you. I just saw this mystical dreamy combo all together in a delicious egg!"

Do we give workshops? DEFINITELY. And with much pleasure.

The most esthetic part is the crafting of your own chocolate bar, and giving all the waauwwsss and oooeeehhs.

Every workshop is tailored to your interest though.

Do you want to learn more about the craft? About the origin? About (fair) trade, about the history? About the effects on your body? About the differences in chocolate? About all of it?

We can talk about all of these subject for dayssss.

The workshop is two hours though, and is in full communication with you and your group.

No standard talk but a real life conversation with a specialist in cacao and chocolate.

ALWAYS including making your own chocolate bar cause its just so much fun 😁.
