Six Sigma ( 6σ ) is a set of techniques and tools for process improvement. Steelagon Engineering Limited made it central to its business strategy since 2016. Our six sigma process is one in which 99.99966% of all opportunities to carry out any operation are statistically expected to be free of defects.

Our Six Sigma strategies seek to improve the quality of the output of our operations by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing impact variability in our projects and business processes.

We use a set of quality management methods, mainly empirical,
statistical methods, and create a special infrastructure of people within the organization who are experts in these methods. Each Six Sigma project carried out within the Steelagon Engineering Limited organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has specific value targets, for example: reduce process cycle time, reduce pollution, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase profits.

Our operational efficiency is always predictable. That is why our clients are always comfortable.

The company operates a quality management system which is certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

Our production quality certification to BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 allows us to CE mark our products up to ex*****on class 2.
