Philstar International is a privately held Nigerian company. Since its inception in 2006, we have been active as a co
ntracting and consulting company in the field of Dredging & Marine; Surveying, Mapping & Geo-informatics, Engineering Constructions & Environmental, Procurement & General Contracts.

3.1 Dredging & Marine Services
This department have good technical, well trained personnel and equipment to undertake any dredging activities. These includes but not limited to:
- Dredging of Creeks, Rivers, Well heads/Slots, Channelization, Sand stockpile, Sand filling, Etc
- Construction of Local Dredgers, Barges, Boats, etc
- Sales/Supply/Leasing of Dredgers, Barges, Boats, Heavy Duty equipment, Parts & Accessories, Repairs/ Services, Etc
3.2 Surveying, Mapping & Geo-informatics
The company is well endowed with the requisite personnel and modern digital equipment with computer backed technology to carry out the following activities of this division:
- Execution of Cadastral/Boundary delineation, Hydrography, Engineering, Topography and Control surveys, Mapping, Geographical Information System(GIS) and Land Information System(LIS), Computer Aided Designs(CAD), Etc
- Navigation, Positioning and Co-ordination of points in onshore and offshore using Differential Geodetic Positioning System (DGPS)
- Provision of QA/QC surveyors to Oil & Gas industries for the supervision of surveys projects, environmental, seismic and engineering projects
- Geomatics advisory services, Provision of expert advice, representation of clients’ interest and direct execution of litigation and claim surveys
- Collection, Collation and Analysis of scientific data for the purpose of carrying out studies on associated surveying problems on behalf of any organization for planning and research purposes(e.g. monitoring of Riverine/Coastal Erosion, Ground subsidence, Tank deformation, Environmental pollution, etc
3.3 Engineering & Construction
The Engineering & Construction division of the company undertakes projects covering many aspect of civil and mechanical engineering works. Our expertise covers but not limited to:
- Construction/Maintenance of Buildings, Roads, Erosion Controls/Shore protections, Drainages, Culverts, Pavements and miscellaneous concrete works
- Marine construction such as Ramps, Jetties and Quay walls, involving pilling of sheets and casing piles
- Geotechnical services- Soil Test and Analysis ( e.g Boreholes-BH, Cone Penetration Test-CPT, Hand organ-HA, Monitoring wells) Etc
- Water Boreholes and Water Treatment Facilities
- Fabrication, Repairs and Rehabilitation of Storage Tanks and Blasting/Painting of facilities/structures
3.4 Environmental
The company’s environmental operations have a reputation for meeting regulatory and legislative requirements associated with environmental assessment, remediation, protection, management and hydro-geologic services. This division undertakes:
- Environmental Baseline Studies
- Environmental Impact Assessment
- Environmental Evaluation Reporting
- Remediation of Impacted Environment ( water, soil and air)
- Design, Construction and Rehabilitation of Waste Treatment Systems
- Pollution Monitoring and Effluent Characterization
- Oil Spill Contingency Strategy
- Handling and Disposal of Hazardous Wastes

Philstar International provides qualitative procurement services to all sectors of Energy, Oil & Gas industries, corporate bodies, Organizations and Individuals. We supply a wide range of Technical/Industrial equipment and products for an oil fields and general operations. The activities of this organ of the company covers but not limited to the following areas:

* Survey equipment such as DGPS, Sonar scan, Digital Echo sounders, Total stations, Level equipment, Two-ways Radios, Etc
