Square Project Ikot Ekpene update:
When Supervising a corporate project; collaboration and communication is key. Either you're engaging with various consultants, sub contractors or day to day skill workers.The aim is to coordinate different thoughts to achieve the project goals.
Inspection team wasn't left out, they came on official visit to engage with the professionals on this project to ensure this public building will be safe for Use.

Update on Square Ikot Ekpene Construction:
Last two weeks had been really energy draining, all effort on a neat completion of DPC and compliance with project consultants standards.
* after mechanical spreading the rubble, we had to engage manual labour to sort and spread to level.
* general levels established with pegs.
* BRC mesh laid over polythene membrane.
* Casting done in , making it easy for masons to maintain established levels.
Other general checks done.
On completion of DPC we are ramp up on block work to make up on time.

The Year began with signing a deal with Gazoc Nig Ltd for supervision of Market Square Construction. Along Ikot Ekpene/ Abak Road, by the plaza and .
*Demolition of a filling station and carting away from the building perimeter took a week.
*Setting out was quite different because we had to established are profile pegs in concrete blocks since the entire floor area is concreted
* The Consulting Architect had to come in for it's checks before excavation ensued.
*The excavation work was really difficult.
*This required deployment of standby dumpy level for establishing trench level and footings

Building Renovation city, Oil View Estate.
This project had a little of internal remodelling and a minor upgrade on the external look, without changes to the estate building colour.
Clients requirements; Imprint the signature on the building.
Project duration; 18 days.

Note: those lid covers along the sewage pipe are the inspection point. The client trusted our services, we adopted are plumbing system where the regular blocks chamber is eliminated. You have a better sewage flow, ease in maintenance, no room to bread pests. The biodigester sceptic tank eliminated waste smell, small space, economical and other benefits.. The Office Wing delivered and In Use.
