At Sbslftz | SANA Building Systems, our focus is simple:
build structures that are fast to deliver, easy to repeat, and reliable at scale.
Last weekend, during the visit of Etex / Nigerite Limited ETEX, our discussions at the steel factory centred on building systems — combining steel structures, lightweight concrete, and advanced board solutions for modular and scalable housing.

These systems are designed for projects where speed, consistency, and control matter:
• large housing schemes
• repeatable unit layouts
• phased developments
• minimal site waste and faster enclosure

By reducing structural weight and simplifying interfaces between structure, walls, and roofing, these systems allow projects to move faster without compromising performance — especially important for high-volume residential developments.

The exchange with was practical and technical, focused on how materials behave in real conditions and how systems can be refined for repeatable ex*****on.

This is the kind of engineering collaboration that moves construction forward 🤝

We were pleased to host the Association of Consulting Architects Nigeria(ACAN) together with the American Institute of Architects - International Region delegation during a technical visit to the Coleman Headquarters in Arepo, Lagos, Nigeria 🇳🇬 —

💡 the first lightweight multi-storey building 🇳🇬 Designed and Built by SANA GROUP

Lightweight steel construction changes the rules:

🔹 Up to 50% lower building weight (dead load) compared with conventional concrete or other steel systems
🔹 Significantly more sustainable with much lower CO₂ emissions
🔹 Rapid ex*****on: 6 floors erected in just 60 days
🔹 Fully tested and certified materials and connections
🔹 Superior heat and sound insulation
🔹 Minimal site congestion — less space occupancy during construction
🔹 Far better control over project timing and sequencing
🔹 Earlier weather protection during construction
🔹 Earlier access for investors, buyers, and interior works
🔹 Higher flexibility for future modifications or layout changes
🔹 Easier façade installation — perfect alignment with modern cladding systems

This visit was more than a site walk. It was a shared understanding of how bold architectural ideas and modern engineering systems can move together — giving architects the freedom to create with fewer constraints and far greater efficiency.
