BUYERS LNG CIF PROCEDURE:

1. SELLER ISSUES DRAFT CONTRACT, SIGNED AND SEALED TO THE BUYER. BUYER SHALL SIGN, SEAL AND RETURN TO SELLER, WITH HIS;

I. CLIENT INFORMATION SHEET (CIS)

II. COPY OF INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT (CP) TO SELLER. COMPANY CAC AND ADDRESS AND AN RWA LETTER FROM THE BUYERS BANK ADDRESSED TO THE BUYER STATING THAT THE BUYER.S BANK SHALL ISSUE AN RWA TO THE SELLERS FIDUCIARY WITHIN 5 DAYS OF SIGNING THIS SPA.

2. WITHIN TEN(10) BANKING DAYS, BUYER’S BANK SHALL SWIFT THE PRE-ADVICE DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT (DLC) MT700, FACE VALUE OF 200M USD.

3. WITHIN THREE (3) BANKING DAYS, SELLERS FIDUCIARY BANK SHALL SEND PRE-ADVICE VIA SWIFT CONFIRMING THEIR CAPABILITY AND READINESS TO ISSUE 2% PERFORMANCE BOND (PB) COVERING THE ENTIRE COST OF ONE MONTHS VALUE OF 100,000 METRIC TON OF NLNG. UPON RECEIPT OF BUYER’S BANKING INSTRUMENT (DLC MT700, FACE VALUE OF 200M USD).

4. WITHIN TEN (10) BANKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SELLER FIDUCIARY SWIFT PRE-ADVICE, BUYER’S BANK SHALL SWIFT THE BUYERS BANKING INSTRUMENT (DLC MT700, FACE VALUE OF 200M USD). (VALID FOR ONE YEAR (1) AND ONE DAY (1). THIS INSTRUEMENT WILL BE REVOLVING FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT.

5. UPON RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF BUYERS BANKING INSTRUMENT (DLC MT700), BY SELLER FIDUCIARY, A 2% PERFORMANCE BOND COVERING THE ENTIRE COST OF ONE MONTHS VALUE OF THE CARGO (VALID FOR ONE YEAR (1) AND ONE DAY (1) SHALL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY BY SWIFT TO THE BUYERS BANK BY THE SELLERS FIDUCIARY BANK. THIS INSTRUMENT WILL BE REVOLVING FOR THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT.

PROCEDURE FOR DIP AND PAY IN ROTTERDAM TANK STORAGE

DISCOUNT PRICE : $11/4

1. Seller issue SPA while Buyer sign and return the SPA with his CIS and passport data page of inspection team.then issue proof of funds by swift mt199 or mt799 to seller Bank or buyer Bank screen shot buyer proof of funds and send it to seller

2. Upon seller confirm all the above received of signed spa, buyer CIS AND PASSPORT DATA PAGE AND INSPECTION TEAM, and proof of funds to be good and genuine, Seller send invitation, NNPCL personel contact and product availability documents to buyer and his team to come to tank farm storage facilities for dip test and pay

3. On arrival of buyer and his inspection team to carry out dip test pay, at Rotterdam storage tank farm and his team the NNPCL personal contact will take buyer with his team to the facility where the product is to conduct DIP TEST AND PAY for Total cargo

4. Upon successful dip test, buyer pay 40% of the total product to seller's nominated bank account.

5. Seller confirmed payment of 40% immediately and within next 72hours, buyer place mt103/23 wire transfer of the Remaining 60% to seller bank account and agents simultaneously.
6. ⁠Seller confirm payment as usual.

7. Seller handover product documents to buyer in his company name. Buyer bring his vessel for transhipment.
