Temperature-sensitive medical supplies, like vaccines, demand precise control to maintain their efficacy. To address this, I recently worked on a ๐ฃ๐๐-๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐น ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ designed for medical storage units, ensuring reliability and adaptability for ๐๐ค๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ.
This system is designed to work within the range of 4ยฐC to 25ยฐC
The system leverages a ๐๐ฆ๐ญ๐ด๐๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ for accurate monitoring and a ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ผ๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐บ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐น๐ฒ (๐ง๐๐) ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด. ๐จ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐ด๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ต๐บ, the setup dynamically adjusts the TECโs output, maintaining stable temperatures even in fluctuating environments.

It's thermally optimized, all mechanical heat coupling is done using thermal paste, also the system is sealed from ambient disturbance using thick leather sole, tight sealing is done with neodymium magnets.
It was fun working with thermoelectric peltier module.
I am looking forward to applying it in a more robust real world application, applying the knowledge of control systems (PID control) in robotics and aerospace.
