01/01/2026
Brethren, as we enter the year 2026, we are reminded through Scripture that the mercy of God never ceases.
As we pray, trust, and believe in Him, we are assured that His compassion remains constant and faithful toward us.
The Word of God declares in Lamentations 3:22–23: says the steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.
Indeed, God continually reveals His mercy and calls us to reflect that same mercy in our daily walk. In Micah 6:8 reminds us that he has shown you what is good and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
Our hope is firmly rooted in the truth that God is rich in mercy. As Ephesians 2:4 proclaims: God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loved us.”
We are also reminded that mercy must be both received and extended. James 2:13 teaches us:
“Judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.”
And our Lord Jesus Himself declares in Matthew 9:13: I desire mercy, and not sacrifice. For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.
Therefore, in this season and beyond, let us pray, trust, and believe God for total cleansing, as He shows us mercy and renews us by His grace.
With faith and bold declaration, We proclaim the year 2026 as our Year of Divine Mercy, a year marked by forgiveness, restoration, compassion, and the unfailing love of God.
Amen, Amen, and Amen.
