As founder of Namib Marine Services, Alan was a pioneer of Namibia's maritime industry and one of Walvis Bay's true rainmakers. Through his vision, leadership, and dedication, he helped shape the growth of our harbour town and created opportunities that benefited generations of Namibians.

Wesco Waste Management (Pty) Ltd

Wesco Waste Management (Pty) Ltd, a leading waste management company in Namibia, is looking for a motivated and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Walvis Bay.

If you have experience operating heavy forklifts and enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment, we would like to hear from you.

Job Role:

โ€ข Operate a 7-ton forklift for the safe loading, offloading, and movement of materials and equipment.
โ€ข Assist with yard operations, stock handling, and truck loading/offloading.
โ€ข Conduct daily forklift inspections and follow all safe operating procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

โ€ข Valid 7-ton (or higher) Forklift Operator Certificate.
โ€ข Valid Namibian Driverโ€™s Licence (Code CE โ€“ added advantage).
โ€ข Clean Code of Conduct.
โ€ข Grade 10 Certificate.
โ€ข Minimum 5 years working experience operating forklifts.
