❌ Wheel Speed Sensor Harness: The vehicle suddenly engaging the parking brake, inability to shift into Reverse (R), and occasional jerking when cruising.

• Full electronic diagnostic scanning for complex ABS, transmission, and engine fault codes, comprehensive smoke testing to pinpoint intake air leaks, and a thorough multi-point vehicle health inspection.

​⚡ High-Voltage Safety Protocol: Prior to initiating gearbox removal and major engine repairs, our technicians strictly followed factory safety procedures to disable, isolate, and verify the de-energization of the high-voltage hybrid system to ensure absolute safety for both the vehicle and personnel.

​⚠️ Technical Note: This vehicle came to us after a long and frustrating ordeal for the owner. They had been experiencing severe, ongoing driveability issues, including the parking brake engaging out of nowhere, losing the ability to shift into Reverse, and random jerking while cruising. This issue had been going on for a while, as other workshops were unable to figure out what the root cause was. Through deep diagnostic troubleshooting, we successfully traced the culprit to a failing wheel speed sensor harness.

​Alongside this major electrical fix, we safely disabled the hybrid system and dropped the gearbox to replace a compromised flywheel oil seal and associated seals. We also eliminated engine misfires by replacing faulty fuel injectors, spark plugs, plug coils, and a degrading air intake hose. A final smoke test confirmed the complete integrity of the intake system, fully restoring the vehicle's safety and performance.

Despite these healthy readings, the "Check 12V Battery" warning persisted. Through deep-level diagnostics, we were able to pinpoint that the main battery was indeed still the root cause. Replacing it completely resolved the issue, while we confirmed the auxiliary battery remained in optimal condition. As standard protocol, the new main battery was registered with the vehicle's Battery Management System to prevent overcharging.
