BMW 330e (G20) - B48B20A - Methanol Injection ⚙️
Setup:

• RPM Tuning Upgraded Intake Manifold (direct port injection)
Methanol does two jobs at once. It cools the intake charge dramatically through evaporation, and acts as a high-octane fuel. Cooler, denser air with far less knock means the tune can run more boost and more timing safely.
The difference here is delivery. Most setups inject at one point in the charge pipe and hope it distributes evenly. This one runs 5 injection points: charge pipe plus one at each of the 4 ports.
The charge pipe nozzle handles bulk charge cooling, then each port nozzle delivers m**hanol right at the cylinder. Every cylinder gets its own consistent charge, so none runs lean while another runs rich. That’s what makes higher boost safe.
