2020 Porsche Carrera 4S - Catless Downpipes with Heatshield βœ…

A catless downpipe is the #1 mod for turbo cars if you want to make more power!
It frees up the exhaust flow, reduces backpressure, and lets the turbo spool faster πŸš€

Add a heatshield, and you keep engine bay temps lower, protect nearby parts, and avoid heat soak when pushing hard πŸ”₯

RPM’s Cat-less Downpipe is made from Top Quality 304 Stainless Steel and has an Integrated Heat Shield for Advanced Thermal Management ❄️

2016 BMW 320i | B48 High-Compression - RPM Stage 2

Mods installed:
- RPM Aluminium Charge-Pipe

Stock factory claim:
184 hp | 270 Nm

Stock dyno (Cat-less):
181 whp | 286 Nm

That’s what the car really made on our Dyno, not brochure numbers.

RPM Custom Stage 2:
290 hp | 440 Nm

On the Wheel:
247 whp | 430 Nm

Same engine.
Boost comes in earlier, torque holds instead of falling off, and the car finally pulls the way a turbo BMW should.

Heat Exchanger + Intake Manifold = Consistency & More Power

Once you start pushing the B48, these two make a real difference.

Heat Exchanger:
β€’ Lowers IAT
β€’ Reduces heat soak after a few pulls
β€’ Keeps power consistent in hot conditions

Lower IAT = denser air = more oxygen β†’ safer combustion and less chance of knock.

Intake Manifold:
β€’ Improves airflow distribution
β€’ Helps the engine breathe better at higher RPM
β€’ Supports higher boost levels properly

With both upgraded, you can actually push the car without worrying about temps spiking or the engine pulling timing.

Not just more power, safer and more consistent power.

Driving slow doesn’t mean you’re β€œsaving” your engine.

A lot of people think keeping the revs low and babying the car = good for longevity.
In reality, you’re doing the opposite.

β€’ Low revs all the time = carbon build-up
β€’ Oil never reaching proper temp
β€’ Condensation + sludge forming
β€’ Turbo never clearing excess pressure
β€’ Engine never getting a proper heat cycle

Engines are designed to be driven, not idled through life at 1,500 rpm.

Let it warm up properly.
Rev it out once in a while.
Clear the carbon.
Keep the oil flowing.

Babying your car constantly does more harm than good.
