In the first photo, you see what we call the First Article (FA). Here, we point-weld the laser-cut metal pipes based on your drawing to form a full prototype. This is your chance to conduct dimension checks, confirm welding angles, and request any corrections before mass production begins. Your engineers are welcome to inspect and approve on-site or remotely.

Once approved, we proceed to full-scale fabrication (2nd photo). Every piece is made identically to the FA, following strict quality standards and project timelines.
