Minimum Qualification Requirement :
• At least 15 years experience with an Oil and gas EPCC contractor and focusing on offshore & onshore projects. At least 5 years should have been spent leading a quality assurance team in EPCC environment
• Educated to degree standard with Bachelor of Engineering in related engineering discipline, such as, mechanical, structural, metallurgy or welding.
• Subsea SURF Industry exposure

Primary Objectives : Corporate Function:
- Interface with HSEQ Corporate on providing constructive suggestions to improve the Quality at project.
- Provide and prepare project Lesson Learnt to database.
Project Function:
- To handle full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for the project assigned
- Detailed experience in development of QA Plans for onshore & Offshore projects in particular for the Client that apply to all phases of the EPCC or EPIC projects
- Liaise with third parties such as statutory bodies and other organization as required
- Detailed experience in developing objective audit strategies and then auditing vendor and fabrication facilities with respect to ISO – 9001 requirements as well in-house procedure conformance, including procurement QA performance
- Detail experience in developing QC procedures in conjunction with QC personnel to ensure that the QA objectives are being translated into practical QC procedures
- Ensure project schedule achieved that meet Quality requirements
- Provide adequate QAQC resources and expertise on site to ensure the effective monitoring and control of the work being undertaken to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards and SASB’s policy
- A man-manager with demonstrated abilities to motivate a team and also work synergistically with peer groups, management both internally and externally from the company
- To critically review all non-conformance reports, defects report and then organize and manage the corrective action required to rectify the non conformances
- Assist in the reviewable of QA/QC requirements during preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Supplier/Vendor and or sub-contractor
