People only see the finished project
What they don't see are all the discussions, testing, and improvements behind it. Every validation matters because every project carries someone's trust 🤝

大家看到的，是已经完成的项目
但看不见的，是背后一次次的讨论、测试和优化
因为每一次验证，都关系着每一份信任 🤝

For the second consecutive year, Unitrade Industries Berhad has been recognised as one of the Top Performers in the ACE Market at The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards 2026.

This recognition reflects the work across our Group to strengthen sustainability reporting and integrate responsible practices into how we operate and grow. In FY2026, we published our first standalone sustainability report and our first ISSB sustainability statement, while continuing to develop our metal recycling and renewable energy businesses.

We thank our people for the work behind this milestone. We remain committed to making meaningful progress across environmental, social and governance matters.

Everyone Talks About Performance. Few Can Prove Safety.

As energy storage systems become a critical part of modern energy infrastructure, performance is no longer the only benchmark that matters.
When the unexpected happens, how well a system can control and contain a fire matters just as much. This is where UL 9540A comes in.

UL 9540A is a rigorous large-scale fire test method designed to evaluate how battery energy storage systems behave under thermal runaway and fire conditions, including whether fire can propagate from one unit to another.
It is not simply about what a system claims on paper. It is about putting the system through demanding real-world conditions and seeing how it performs when safety is truly tested.

And passing such a demanding test is no small achievement.
Huawei has successfully passed UL 9540A:2025-compliant extreme ignition testing, demonstrating its commitment to safety beyond standard performance specifications.

This large-scale fire test shows that safety is not built on assumptions. It is engineered, tested, and proven.
Because when it comes to energy storage, every project deserves more than performance. It deserves proven safety, reliability, and confidence.

✅ Performance gets attention. Proven safety earns trust.

A System Is More Than Just Installation

A successful energy project is not defined by the day it goes live. It is defined by how it performs years after commissioning.

From system integration to real-world operation,
every detail matters in building a solution that lasts.

Because great engineering is not only about completion —
it is about long-term confidence.

On 5 September 2026, the Unitrade Industries Berhad family traded desks for the open field at The Star, Bukit Jelutong, for another exciting edition of Unitrade Sports Day.

Red, Yellow, Blue and Green filled the field as colleagues came together for a morning of friendly competition, laughter and team spirit.

The line-up featured men’s and women’s tug-of-war, a sack race with the added challenge of balancing a ping-pong ball on a spoon, a penalty shootout, water balloon cloth toss and balloon stomp. From carefully catching water balloons to protecting the last balloon standing, every event brought its own excitement and plenty of cheering from the sidelines.

By the final whistle, Team Red had successfully defended their title to emerge as champions for the second consecutive year. Congratulations, Team Red!

Beyond the scores and results, Unitrade Sports Day gave everyone an opportunity to connect outside the workplace, support one another and enjoy being part of the Unitrade family.

Thank you to everyone who participated and made the morning memorable. We look forward to doing it all again next year!
