This investment supports their expansion toward large-scale semiconductor production.

We are pleased to share that this webinar marks our first initiative where both the preparation, setup, and presentation are led by our Penang branch consulting engineer, instead of our routine set-up at KLTC. This is part of our effort to strengthen regional capabilities.

During the webinar, we highlighted AMADA’s technologies, including :

♦️The barcode reader allows operators to scan and read programs easily. It is designed to be simple and user-friendly for machine operators.

♦️I-Optics Sensor & I-Process Monitoring for automatic detection of optics condition to ensure stable processing.

♦️Beam Mode Converter for automatic beam shape control, enabling high-quality cutting from thin to thick materials.

♦️Soft-Joint applies controlled heat (thermal distortion) to hold the part in position during cutting, enabling tab-free cutting and reducing secondary processes.

ORSUS3015AJE is equipped with the advanced AMNC-4ie Controller for precision and performance that meets global standards.

The New AMNC-4ie controller is an advanced sheet metal engineering system that digitalizes the processing know-how of all the processes and brings revolutionary benefits connecting machines, software and people in the factory.
Start-up inspection guidance functions that are equipped in this software are very useful to use by everyone, even novice operators.
They can follow the NC's instructions to ensure error-free start-up inspection and a history of these inspections can be stored.
