Position: Senior Sales Engineer / Manager (Semiconductor – Metrology Solutions)

Our solutions are widely used across semiconductor, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries, with a strong focus on high-precision applications.
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager with semiconductor industry experience to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for precision metrology systems (View – QVI)
Focus on semiconductor-related segments such as fan-out, probe cards, and showerhead applications
Identify, develop, and manage customers across semiconductor, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries
Perform regular customer visits, technical presentations, and solution discussions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow through on sales opportunities
Develop short-term and long-term sales forecasts and strategies
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and market intelligence
Work independently to achieve sales targets and expand market share
Coordinate with principals and internal team on technical and commercial matters
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in semiconductor industry
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in metrology, inspection, or equipment
Able to work independently and manage customer accounts
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willing to travel for customer visits
Added Advantage:
Experience in fan-out, wafer processing, probe cards, or precision manufacturing environments
Familiar with metrology systems or vision measurement solutions
Existing network within semiconductor manufacturers in Malaysia and Singapore
