Senior Account Executive

Salary: RM4,000–RM6,000 per month

About the Role
Brac Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team.
This role offers broad exposure to accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance and business operations in a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full set of accounts, including month-end closing.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Process financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including:
• Profit & Loss Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement
• Manage payroll and statutory payments.
• Handle e-invoicing and SST-related matters.
• Liaise with the company secretary, auditors, bankers and tax agents.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and effective financial controls.
• Support daily finance operations.
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience managing a full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QNE Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
• ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Independent, organised, analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
