Pasukan teknikal kami telah hadir ke tapak pelanggan untuk menjalankan latihan operasi semasa proses penyerahan unit Atlas Copco U190 yang baharu kepada pelanggan kami.

Peluang ini turut dimanfaatkan oleh operator untuk menguji sendiri keupayaan pemampat udara diesel ini bagi kerja-kerja pembersihan di tapak. Satu lagi penyerahan yang berjaya dan seorang lagi pelanggan yang berpuas hati di Pahang!

ke sebuah tapak di Malaysia untuk menjalankan kerja troubleshooting bagi diesel air compressor ELGi PG1200S-Combo350.

Air compressor tersebut tidak dapat beroperasi dalam keadaan yang sepatutnya disebabkan oleh isu tetapan (setting). Pasukan kami menjalankan pemeriksaan dan troubleshooting secara menyeluruh bagi mengenal pasti punca masalah serta mencari penyelesaian yang sesuai dengan keadaan operasi di Malaysia, tanpa menjejaskan aspek keselamatan dan perlindungan air compressor.

Selepas proses troubleshooting dan penyesuaian setting dilakukan, enjin Cummins NTA855 akhirnya berjaya dihidupkan semula.

Pasukan kami kemudiannya menjalankan pengujian dan loading test sepanjang hari bagi memastikan air compressor dapat beroperasi dengan baik dan stabil.

Satu lagi troubleshooting berjaya diselesaikan dengan selamat dan pelanggan boleh kembali menggunakan equipment dengan lebih yakin.

A trip to a site in Malaysia to troubleshoot an ELGi PG1200S-Combo350 diesel air compressor.

The air compressor was unable to operate properly due to a setting issue. Our team carried out a thorough inspection and troubleshooting process to identify the cause and determine a suitable solution for the operating conditions in Malaysia, without compromising the safety and protection of the air compressor.

After the necessary troubleshooting and setting adjustments were completed, the Cummins NTA855 engine finally fired up again.

Our team then carried out testing and loading tests throughout the rest of the day to ensure that the air compressor was operating properly and stably under working conditions.

Another troubleshooting job successfully completed, allowing the customer to put the equipment back into operation with confidence.

前往马来西亚一个项目现场，为 ELGi PG1200S-Combo350 柴油移动式空气压缩机进行故障排查。

由于设备设定问题，这台空气压缩机无法正常运行。我们的团队进行了全面的检查与故障排查，找出问题原因，并根据马来西亚当地的操作环境进行适当的设定调整，在解决问题的同时确保不会影响空气压缩机的安全保护功能。

完成相关的故障排查及设定调整后，Cummins NTA855 发动机终于再次成功启动。

随后，我们的团队进行了测试，并持续进行负载测试直到当天工作结束，以确保空气压缩机能够在实际工作条件下正常及稳定运行。

又一次成功完成现场故障排查与维修，让客户能够更加安心地重新投入设备使用。

Penyelesaian Pencahayaan untuk Tapak Kerja Luar

Bekerja di tapak kerja pada waktu malam dan memerlukan pencahayaan yang terang serta boleh dipercayai?

Menara lampu berkuasa diesel kami direka khas untuk memberikan pencahayaan yang berkesan di kawasan tapak kerja. Berjaya menyiapkan kerja overhaul motor utama bagi sistem dust collector pelanggan dengan melakukan rewinding motor serta menggantikan bearing baharu. Selepas kerja-kerja selesai, juruteknik kami memasang semula motor utama dan menjalankan ujian (test run) bagi memastikan ia beroperasi dengan lancar.

Pre-delivery testing bagi generator diesel 165kVA.

Kami telah membuat demonstrasi bahawa apabila bekalan elektrik utama TNB terputus, generator yang dilengkapi dengan pengawal Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) akan mengesan gangguan bekalan dan memulakan operasi secara automatik.

Panel DSE yang mesra pengguna memaparkan parameter penting bagi generator serta bekalan utama TNB untuk memudahkan pemantauan. Juruteknik kami telah melakukan tetapan dan ujian bagi memastikan sistem berfungsi dengan sempurna sebelum penghantaran ke tapak pelanggan.

Generator sandaran sangat penting bagi memastikan peralatan kritikal di kilang terus beroperasi seperti bilik pelayan (server room), sistem lampu, pam, dan peralatan penting yang lain.

Kami berpangkalan di Balakong, Malaysia dan bersedia membantu pelanggan di seluruh Malaysia.

Pre-delivery testing of a 165kVA diesel generator.

We demonstrated that when the TNB main grid power supply experiences an outage, the generator equipped with a Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) controller automatically detects the power failure and starts the generator.

The user-friendly DSE control panel displays the key operating parameters of both the generator and the mains power supply for easy monitoring. Our technicians completed all necessary settings and testing to ensure the system operates reliably before delivery to the client's site.

A backup generator is essential for keeping critical equipment running during power outages, including server rooms, lighting systems, water pumps, and other important factory operations.

We are based in Balakong, Malaysia, providing sales, installation, and technical support to customers throughout Malaysia.
